Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how Passion Flow Daily ("the App"), operated by Flow Innovations, collects, uses, and protects your information.
You may choose to provide: • Reflections and journal entries • Voice memos • Saved ideas and completed activities • Onboarding responses and preferences • Display name (if set in Settings) This information personalizes your experience.
We may collect limited, non-identifying information: • App interactions and feature usage • Crash reports and performance data • Device type, iOS version, language • General diagnostic information
We use your information to provide App features, personalize your experience, process subscription purchases via Apple, improve the App, and respond to support requests.
Your content may be stored locally on your device or on trusted third-party cloud services (such as Apple iCloud, if enabled). We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of storage is 100% secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only with: • Service providers (analytics, cloud storage, crash reporting) • Apple (for subscription processing) • Law enforcement, if legally required
You can edit or delete your content in the App, cancel your subscription in Apple ID settings, uninstall the App, or request data deletion by contacting passionflow.studio@gmail.com. Depending on your region (e.g., EU, California), you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.
Passion Flow Daily is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
The App may use third-party services (such as Apple's StoreKit, analytics, or crash reporting). These providers have their own privacy policies.
If you're using the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
