Welcome to Passion Flow Daily ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. Passion Flow Daily is a lifestyle app designed to help you bring balance to your day through guided daily actions across five areas: Create, Mindset, Connect, Move, and Reset. The App is operated by Flow Innovations ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
Passion Flow Daily offers auto-renewing subscriptions. • Monthly: $4.99 / month • Yearly: $29.99 / year • Free Trial: 3 days (when offered) Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Free trials convert automatically unless canceled before they end.
If you have previously subscribed and reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore" option.
You may create reflections, journal entries, voice memos, and saved ideas. You retain full ownership of your content.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.
We strive to keep the App running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
Passion Flow Daily is a self-guided lifestyle tool. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Innovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms. The most current version is always available at https://www.passionflowdaily.com/terms. Continued use means you accept the updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
